Guillaume du Chaffaut is Chief Executive Officer of the Northern Group of Greater Paris University Hospitals (AP-HP), where he oversees eight university hospitals, approximately 20,000 employees, and an annual budget of more than €2 billion.

He brings extensive leadership experience from across the French healthcare system, combining senior hospital management with national healthcare policy expertise.

Prior to joining AP-HP, Guillaume served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Transformation at the French Blood Agency (Établissement Français du Sang). From 2022 to 2024, he was Deputy Chief of Staff to three successive French Ministers for Health and Prevention.

Earlier in his career, he held senior executive positions at two of France’s leading university hospital groups, serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Hospices Civils de Lyon and Montpellier University Hospital.

Guillaume holds a Master of Public Management from Sciences Po Paris and completed hospital management training at the French National School of Public Health (EHESP).
