Carlo V. Andersen is Head of Division for Psychiatry and Substance Abuse in the Ministry of the Interior and Health. Carlo V. Andersen has been the Head of Division for more than five years and has therefore been involved in the work on a 10-year plan for psychiatry since its inception. He has a background in law and has previously held various positions at the Ministry including personal secretary for former ministers of health and as head of the Directorate Secretariat in the Danish Health Authority referring to the Director General.
