Jeppe Theisen joined Novo Nordisk Denmark in 2010 and has 20 years of senior leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Novo Nordisk and AstraZeneca.

Jeppe has been in his current role as General Manager for Novo Nordisk Denmark for 2 years and has previously been working across the world in several management and strategic functions. In 2014, Jeppe was appointed General Manager of Novo Nordisk Philippines, building up an affiliate in a fast-growing market with large un-met patient needs. In 2016, he was appointed as VP, Marketing and Commercial Affairs in Novo Nordisk’s second largest global affiliate, Region China. In 2019, Jeppe took up the position as General Manager and CVP of Novo Nordisk Oceania, based out of Sydney. Jeppe has a master’s degree in politics and communication from University of Southern Denmark and Keele University, UK. He is currently a board member of the Danish Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry, in the main consortium of Lighthouse Life Science, vice chair of the Life Science counsel in the Danish Chamber of Commerce, and a board member of the Danish Life Science Cluster.
