Jeanne LeClair is Chief Business Officer at the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC), where she leads initiatives to strengthen the life sciences ecosystem through strategic investment, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement.

She holds a BA from Boston University as well as a Master of Public Policy and an MBA from Brandeis University’s Heller School for Social Policy and Management.

Prior to joining MLSC in 2020, Jeanne held several leadership roles focused on economic development, community development, and public-private collaboration.

In her current role, she works closely with companies, public agencies, workforce development organizations, and international partners to support innovation, economic growth, and talent development across the life sciences sector in Massachusetts.
