Julia Hoover is Senior Vice President and Global Franchise Head for Reproductive Medicine at Ferring Pharmaceuticals.

She holds a BA from Dartmouth College, an MSc from the University of Oxford, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Julia brings more than 20 years of experience across the healthcare and biotechnology sectors, spanning strategy, commercial leadership, and pipeline development in both local affiliates and global organizations.

Prior to joining Ferring Pharmaceuticals in 2022 as General Manager for the UK and Ireland, she held a number of leadership positions at Novartis, including Worldwide Executive Director Cardiometabolic, Franchise Head of Respiratory UK, and Director of Operations and Planning Oncology. She began her career in healthcare consulting at Monitor Group.

In her current role, Julia leads Ferring’s global reproductive medicine franchise, focusing on advancing innovative solutions and improving outcomes for patients worldwide.
